2011年11月11日，是芒草心慈善協會登記成立的日子，也是社會對無家者議題逐漸展開對話的重要時刻。
起初從國際交流出發，接著開始在第一線扶持無家者，從街頭走向安居。
同時，芒草心也透過社會溝通專案、創新的服務據點，促進社會大眾對無家者更多元的理解，創造更友善、包容的議題對話空間。

但，在無家者同行的漫漫長路中，我們遇見三大阻礙🪨🪨🪨
#認籍不認人、#虛擬收入、#租屋困難
這些挑戰，讓芒草心陪伴無家者的歷程中充滿難關，突破重重現實問題，才能打開回家的門。
今年，更發生了「＃艋舺公園改建案」
衝擊了無家者的生活與權益，也影響在地社福網絡的服務……
多年的耕耘下，芒草心看見——＃現行福利制度，＃仍不足以回應無家者的需求。
因此，芒草心透過一連串積極的政策倡議行動，開啟社會對無家者權益的討論，期待能將議題帶進公眾討論的視野內；更不斷呼籲政府應開始重視無家者的困境，促進社會救助法的修法進程。
我們知道，推動這些龐大的石頭很難，也更需要社會大眾的理解與支持。

2017年，國際專家的正式建議已為我們開了頭；
2025年的現在，是需要我們關注立法的關鍵時刻。
