芒草心自 2014 年起籌備第 1 個自立支援中心，提供無家者中繼居住空間與生活培力，為他們的下一段人生助跑。同年，創辦「街遊 Hidden Taipei」訓練街友成為城市導覽員獲取收入。2015 年，成立起家工作室，組織具專門技藝的經濟弱勢師傅提供居家修繕服務。同時，常態性舉辦真人圖書館、「呷飽未」社區共食餐桌、芒草心電影院、流浪生活體驗營 、無家者服務實務工作坊、 及各類社會倡議活動。
芒草心在萬華紥根提供無家者服務以來，目前有兩個自立支援中心，共20床，我們儘可能以充足的專業服務人力提供入住的無家者自立過程的各種協助及陪伴，我們仍在持續的開創與發展，希望能成為更好的樣子。
在此，芒草【自立支援中心】徵求對直接服務有熱情的夥伴與我們併肩努力，讓社會有更多可能與想像。

工作內容
自立支援據點個案生活輔導。
配合社工處遇計劃，協助就業、就醫、理財、申辦社會福利等陪伴。
發想服務方案，如成立社團、辦理據點活動等。
支援協會共同活動之辦理。
